Why did Chicca create the customer area?
We do not sell mass-produced items, many vintage or design objects that are no longer produced are increasingly rare and difficult to find. Speed and trust are the key to acquiring these items. That’s why we have created an area for customers we know and who have already bought from Chicca.
What other benefits do I have as a customer ?
- Our delivery times and delivery days are flexible. We can also deliver on weekends too.**
- Delivery to our members is made to the home.**
- Extra care for purchased products. e.g. application of wood oils, metal polish, application of leather products.
- Rewiring of lamps, replacement of European sockets.
- Additional packaging, e.g. bubble wrap, reinforced cardboard, protective material.
- After delivery we take care of the disposal of wooden, plastic and cardboard packaging.**
- We take care of the free evaluation of objects and furniture on behalf of our customers.
- We handle the sale of objects and furniture on behalf of our members free of charge.
- We ensuring you will have the best market price vs. (Pamono, 1stDibs, Vinterior, Vntg, Design-Market etc.).
What is the customer area? We love vintage and pre-owned design furniture, unfortunately we can’t buy and resell just anything.. for this reason we have created a reserved area where we aggregate hundreds of products sold by private sellers. We want share with you our virtual inventory that we use daily in our sourcing activities with the scope to offer you, beautiful, rare or undervalued objects. The customers area offers a wide list of selected vintage and design objects and is updated very often. It is also possible to save the products of interest in a wish list, comments on items or make your best offer.
